Shipping Policy - Postage and returns

All Stock Ties are Hand Made to order unless otherwise stated. We will do our best to get your order made and posted to you as quickly as possible, however, during busy times it may take longer to get your order out to you, so please allow up to 5 business days.

Other items will be posted within 2 business days.

Returns

Due to Stock Ties being made to order, we do not accept returns unless they arrive damaged, and proof by photograph will be required, so please choose carefully.

Returns policy for other items is 7 days from date goods received on full priced items only – we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on Sale items.

*Postage costs for exchanges and returns will be at buyers expense.

International Shipping

Please note if you are purchasing from outside of Australia you will need to pay the customs/duty requirements of your country based on the value of your order. This is the purchasers responsibility to check what these costs will be before purchasing.

Please note shipping prices include tracking but no insurance.
